Great service, rang prime heating for boiler repair. They came next morning and got my hot water back on.. No messing around, and great price. Would recommend Prime heating to anyone.
My boiler was not working and Craig responded quickly to my request and arrived when he said he would. He provided a solution to provide me heating straight away (which I did not opt for) and also had me up and running with the replacement part within 24 hours. The price for the repair and service was within expectation and I would be happy to use Prime Heating Solutions again.

Craig has recently fitted a new boiler for us after the old one gave up between xmas and new year, thought it would be a long wait but he made himself available the next day and provided a few options. When things didn’t go to plan with the boiler supplier letting us down he managed to get us an upgrade at the same price. He’s been our go to plumber for over 12 months and has done a couple of services and a repair in the past. Always turns up when he says he will and offers a fair price. Will continue to use in future.
Craigs a top bloke, iv used him a few times and he’s always been straight forward and honest. He’s fitted a boiler for me after my last one bust and serviced it since. He’s coming round again to sort a few leaking taps and things like that. Always been reasonable prices and Iv never felt screwed over. Got a good sense of humour too. Feel like I don’t need to find an alternative gas engineer.
Craig came to fit two new radiators for us which required new pipes also. He was lovely from our first point of contact, right through to finishing the job. Friendly and very professional. We will definitely use him again for future work.
Engineer came same day I rang and knew the problem with the boiler straight away. Explained my options then ordered the part I needed. Was back 2 days later with the replacement part and had the boiler fixed within an hour. Left the place tidy and was very reasonable. Overall great service would recommend to anyone.
Craig is very reliable and came when he said he would. He is a very professional and clean worker, and is cheerful and friendly. Prime Heating have a much lower call out charge than another company I rang and charged a fair price for the work carried out. My 15 year old gas boiler and all radiators are now all working perfectly.
